Weight loss is hard
You will make progress
You will get off track
You will lose weight, then gain weight, then lose weight, and so on.
You will crave junk food.
You will get sick of vegetables.
You will have wars with your mind about having a third plate of pasta.
You will get frustrated sometimes.
You will regret a binge every now and then.
You will feel pride beyond belief sometimes.
You will find people that find ways to put you and your progress down just because they can.
You will wish there was a magic pill to make you reach your goals overnight.
You will want to cry sometimes.
But then you will look at that photo you took on the very first day. And whether or not your body has changed… You should feel proud. Because weight loss is hard.
And you have made it this far.
And I for one, am so proud of you.
